The Rotomac 330 Escalator Deep Cleaner is the only machine worldwide that automatically and simultaneously deep-cleans both tread (horizontal step) and riser (vertical step), leaving the escalator clean and dry and ready for immediate use. Ease of use combined with excellent performance makes it suitable for one-pass cleaning of escalators in airports, railways stations, department stores, shopping centres - in fact almost any location. The Rotomac 330 is extremely impressive in operation, achieving in just a few hours what previously has taken several days - with escalators previously having to be dismantled and removed from site for deep cleaning. The machine operates by thoroughly scrubbing both the tread and riser on all types of escalators, leaving them with an enhanced, clean appearance. Efi Rosen continued: “The Rotomac 330 reduces the cleaning and maintenance costs of escalators considerably compared to other methods. It efficiently and thoroughly removes all the dirt and debris normally found on aluminium or diecast escalators.”

A working width of 52cm means that all standard sized escalators can be cleaned, usually in two adjacent passes. Simple to change brushes keep downtime to an absolute minimum, and a built-in hour meter assists in planned maintenance.”
Delivered to the base of an escalator by a wheeled cradle, the machine is up and running within minutes of arriving on site. Once cleaning is completed, the escalator can be put straight back into service.
The one-man operated Rotofast is a fast travelator/escalator cleaner that scrubs and dries travelator or escalator steps in minutes. Efi Rosen said: “Four contra-rotating brushes reach deep into the grooves to give a standard of cleaning never before achieved. A powerful vortex recovery system provides the suction leaving steps dry and ready for immediate use.”
Following the success of the Rotomac 330, the Rotofast 500 also eliminates the need for costly and time consuming step removal programmes. By connecting to the mains, the Rotofast is ready for use - it is positioned on the moving travelator or escalator and held lightly by the soft grip handle. Only fingertip control is needed to steer the machine while the foot brake ensures maximum stability and safety.
Unlike its big brother, the Rotofast 500 cannot clean the riser of an escalator step but it does operate while the escalator is in motion, and it is very quick. For travelators, it is a very speedy and efficient method of cleaning.
The Rotoclean is a versatile multisurface cleaning machine designed to reach those inaccessible areas other machines cannot, cleaning 5 – 6 faster than by hand. It is suited for use on hard surfaces, carpets, upholstery, smooth or uneven surfaces. It is adjustable for any height and angle of operation.
This is a 17” high-speed battery powered polisher. It is Rosemor’s latest innovation to help facilitate daytime cleaning. Its unique feature of rotating blades generates suction, channeling dust into a dust collector bag. Access to the batteries is particularly simple, meaning that no tools are required and ensuring a quick battery changeover for hours of uninterrupted cleaning.
